Lichfield cutlery firm – and Lichfield Radio lead sponsor – Arthur Price is teaming up with local private chef Simon Smith for a special free dining demonstration event on Saturday 6 June.
Simon will demonstrate how to prepare sophisticated, yet quick and simple meals to impress at the Arthur Price Factory Shop, located at Britannia Way, Lichfield.
He says he “loves” these types of events “because of the audience interaction”.
There are always some really interesting conversations about timings and preparation, and something different being cooked. I’m really looking forward to showcasing a selection of sophisticated dishes which are quick to prepare, cook and serve that will impress.
James Price, who joined the cutlery company in 2012, added:
We all know the pressures of delivering dinner parties, BBQs or even just small get together. Simon makes things look so easy but I know there is a huge amount of skill involved.
With a little guidance from him, our customers will learn a few entertaining tips and become more confident in the kitchen.
Saturday’s free event starts at noon. Free parking is available, and there will be lots of special offers on the day.
