A Lichfield deli is once again opening its doors to bring people together, as Mangia Mangia hosts another of its popular community long table lunches this weekend.
Taking place on Sunday 26th April, the event invites guests to enjoy a shared Italian-style meal between 12pm and 2pm in a warm and welcoming setting.
Designed to be inclusive and easy to attend, the lunch is open to anyone — whether you’re looking to meet new people, spend time in good company, or simply enjoy a relaxed meal in the heart of the city.
With space for around 20 guests, the event will run on a first come, first served basis, with no booking required.
Guests can enjoy a freshly prepared meal on a pay-what-you-can basis, helping to keep the experience accessible to everyone.
Inspired by traditional Italian dining, the long table concept is all about shared food and shared moments — creating a space where conversation flows naturally and everyone feels part of the table.
Organisers hope the event continues to build a sense of connection within the local community, offering not just great food, but a chance to pause, connect and enjoy time together.
Whether you come along on your own or with friends, the message is simple: pull up a chair and enjoy the experience.
