Plus the chance for businesses to win a FREE breathwork workshop
Lichfield-based coaching practice Nicola Kathryn Coaching will exhibit at one of the UK’s leading workplace wellbeing events to mark the launch of a new boutique fractional coaching offer, designed to help organisations develop their people and strengthen sustainable performance.
Founder Nicola Forsyth will make her debut at the Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference at the National Exhibition Centre on 10th–11th March. Delegates will also have the opportunity to win a FREE breathwork workshop for their workplace.
The conference, one of the UK’s largest events dedicated to workplace wellbeing and employee health, brings together HR leaders, business owners and wellbeing professionals to explore practical approaches to building healthier, more productive workplaces.
Nicola Kathryn Coaching partners with organisations to support the personal and professional growth of their people — from graduates through to senior leaders. Nicola’s approach combines psychology-informed coaching, personality profiling and evidence-based wellbeing practices, including breathwork, helping leaders, teams and individuals manage pressure, improve self-awareness and perform sustainably.
By taking a prevention-first approach, individuals and organisations can address challenges early — strengthening wellbeing, improving workplace culture and supporting retention and productivity over the long term.
It’s no secret that UK businesses lose billions each year through sickness absence and lost productivity, while employees are experiencing rising levels of stress and burnout.
Too often, organisations act only once issues have reached crisis point — or rely on one-off initiatives that don’t create lasting change. Our approach bridges that gap by combining personal and professional development coaching with evidence-based wellbeing practices in a prevention-led model.
As a boutique fractional coaching practice, we partner with organisations to develop leadership capability, strengthen wellbeing and create healthier workplace cultures that support both people and performance. – Nicola Forsyth
The fractional model allows organisations to access leadership coaching, all-colleague coaching, personality profiling and wellbeing support in a flexible way — embedding coaching into organisational culture without the cost or commitment of a permanent in-house role.
Visitors to Stand 18 will also be able to enter a competition to win a FREE breathwork workshop, designed to help employees regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and support overall wellbeing.
Breathwork is one of the simplest and most accessible tools we have to calm the nervous system. When people feel calmer and more regulated, they’re better able to reflect, make informed decisions and take intentional action. – Nicola Forsyth
Businesses attending the conference are invited to visit Nicola Kathryn Coaching at Stand 18 to learn more about the new fractional coaching offer and enter the competition.
