The anniversary brought together people who have supported the business over the decades.
Allen Brown Jewellery recently celebrated four decades in business with a glittering weekend of events for customers, suppliers and friends of the longstanding Staffordshire jeweller.
The celebrations began with a special gathering for friends, family and suppliers, before continuing across Saturday and Sunday for loyal clients.
Held in the company’s courtyard setting at Heart of the Country Village, where Allen Brown Jewellery has been based for the majority of its 40-year history, the anniversary weekend brought together many of the people who have supported the business over the decades.
Despite taking place during one of the hottest weekends of the year, the team pulled out all the stops to create a stylish and memorable occasion, with a live string quartet providing the soundtrack as guests enjoyed champagne, canapés and the opportunity to chat and mingle in the sunshine.
The celebrations also provided the perfect setting for the launch of Allen Brown’s new anniversary collection of fine jewellery, created to mark the milestone year and reflect the craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail that have become synonymous with the business.
During the weekend, members of the team paid tribute to founder Allen and reflected on the company’s journey, while Allen used his own speech to thank his staff, suppliers and generations of loyal customers.
Allen said that “reaching 40 years in business is something I am incredibly proud of, but it has never been about one person. It has always been about teamwork, the support of our wonderful customers and the relationships we have built with suppliers and friends over many years.”

The weekend was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together, reflect on the journey so far and look ahead to the next chapter.
Founded in 1986, Allen Brown Jewellery has grown into one of the area’s most respected independent jewellers, building its reputation through personal service, specialist knowledge and a carefully selected range of fine jewellery.
Over the years, the business has helped customers mark countless engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and family milestones, with many returning across generations.
The anniversary weekend reflected that strong sense of loyalty and community, with guests sharing memories, reconnecting with the team and enjoying the hospitality in the picturesque courtyard surroundings.
It also provided an opportunity to support local charity St Giles Hospice through a joint initiative with The Boat restaurant. Guests were invited to purchase raffle tickets to win a tasting menu at the Michelin-starred venue, raising more than £500 over the weekend.
“It was very special to see so many familiar faces,” Allen added, “and to hear the stories and memories that people associate with the business.”
