Last week on Wellness Wednesday on Lichfield Radio, host Sally Wagstaff welcomed Tracie Penny from Essential Connections to discuss low-tox living and the importance of creating a healthier home environment.

Sally, founder of her aesthetics practice (www.sallywagstaff.co.uk), is passionate about clean living and carefully researches the products she uses with clients.
