Burntwood Town Council Leader, Darren Ennis, confirmed that bringing the market back was a direct response to public demand:
It’s something that we’ve been asked for and it’s something we’ve delivered as a council and that’s the key for me. We were asked for it, we delivered it.
The monthly markets have become a vibrant gathering point, offering a variety of goods and produce. The organisers note that while visitor numbers are often weather-dependent, the community spirit is always strong!
