Rebel BJJ Esportiva has announced it will be re-opening at a new venue in Lichfield later this spring.
The club’s new home will be Holy Cross Church Hall, on Chapel Lane, Lichfield, with training sessions starting on Thursday 26th March 2026.
Rebel BJJ Esportiva specialises in No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Sport BJJ) and Sport Submission Grappling, two of the most respected combat sports practised worldwide. The academy offers training in a supportive and structured environment, suitable for complete beginners through to experienced athletes.
To begin with, Rebel BJJ will be introducing two weekly training sessions, taking place every Thursday evening:
- 6.30pm – 7.30pm: Women-only class
- 7.30pm – 9.00pm: Main training mixed class (open to both men and women)
Sessions are open to adults aged 16 and over, and no previous experience is required. The classes are suitable for those looking to improve fitness, learn new skills, build confidence, or train towards competitive goals.
Whether participants are interested in training for fun, personal development, self-defence, or competition at British, European or world-class level, Rebel BJJ Esportiva aims to provide a welcoming and motivating environment.
While the club supports competitive training, it places strong emphasis on teamwork, respect and mutual support, encouraging everyone to progress at their own pace.
