Live entertainment, food, stalls and family activities will mark a century at the heart of the Rawnsley community
Prospect Village Hall in Rawnsley will celebrate its 100th anniversary, Saturday 22 August, with a community festival featuring local talent and entertainment.
Gates will open at 11am, with festivities continuing until late. The celebration will include live music and bands, a barbecue, bar, stalls, fancy dress, games and other activities for visitors of all ages.
The event will mark 100 years of community, friendship and memories at Prospect Village Hall. Local performers will help provide the entertainment as residents come together to recognise the hall’s remarkable history.
For generations, Prospect Village Hall has provided a place for people to meet, celebrate and take part in community life. The centenary festival will celebrate that legacy while looking towards the hall’s future.
Residents from Rawnsley and the surrounding area are invited to attend and help make the anniversary a day to remember.
