A Lichfield deli is opening its doors this weekend to host a community long table lunch, offering a warm welcome, good food and great company to anyone who would like to attend.
Taking place on Sunday 22nd March, Mangia Mangia will be serving a shared Italian-style meal between 12pm and 2pm, inviting people to come together in a relaxed and inclusive setting.
The event is designed especially for those who may find themselves alone, or for anyone who would simply enjoy sharing a meal in friendly company.
With space for around 20 guests, the long table lunch will operate on a first come, first served basis, with no booking required.
Guests will be able to enjoy a freshly prepared meal on a pay-what-you-can basis, helping ensure the event remains accessible to all.
Inspired by traditional Italian food culture, the concept centres around bringing people together — where meals are shared, conversations flow and everyone feels welcome at the table.
Everyone is Welcome
Organisers hope the event will create a sense of connection within the local community, offering not just food, but a space to relax, meet others and enjoy a moment of togetherness.
Whether you come alone or with friends, the invitation is simple: pull up a chair and share in the experience.
